St. Anne's Hill: Historic Dayton Community Rate it | Read Reviews or Review It

St. Anne's Hill is comprised of 351 housing units, approximately 65% of which are single family, detached homes. Over 60% of the housing units are owner occupied which is a significant increase from 1974 when the neighborhood was designated a Historic District. Significant improvement to the housing stock and neighborhood infrastructure, with a focus on historic preservation, has resulted in continued increases in property values. In recent years selling prices for single family homes increased about 25% between 1992 and 1994. Since 1994 available figures suggest a 20% increase in value has occurred with every indication that the trend will continue. Historically restored homes have proven to be in demand and sell quickly, usually for the asking price. Date: 1-8-2002
